365-Day Frame Guarantee
Our 365-Day Frame Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time frame replacement within 365 days. A replacement frame will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
30-Day Exchange & Return
A. For any reason:
1. An exchange pair, you will need to pay the shipping costs and price difference(if any) for the new product.
2. 50% refund of the glasses cost (excluding the shipping fee) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account that you used on the order.
3. A one-time 100% store points (excluding the shipping fee).
B. Manufacturing error:
After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no additional charge(no returns required), or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% store points on one time basis.
Order Modification/Cancellation
If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact our Voochic Customer Service Team. For changing the shipping address(except the country)/billing address or merging the orders together to ship out, we could help to update before shipment. Otherwise, the modification before the shipment cannot be made directly, you could contact Voochic Customer Service Team to cancel the order and place the order again.
Besides, for any requests for modification/cancellation, if the items have been under the processing stage, please refer to the chart below to check the additional charges as the processing fee.

About Refund
1. If you want a credit or a refund, the original shipping fee on the order is non-refundable. The credit/refund(excluding shipping and any promotional discount if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.
2. If you used PayPal account to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
3.If you used credit card/debit card to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your credit card/ debit card about 30 days. 30-day is the maximum time, and in most cases, the refund will be reflected on your account in about one week, depending on the processing time of your bank.
4. As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order. If you don't have access to the credit card on the order, you could choose to take a store credit to your Voochic Wallet instead.
About Voochic Wallet
Voochic Wallet is a virtual wallet linked to your account where you will be able to store and access your credits. If you return an item and choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund to your method of payment used on the order, the store credit will be issued to your Voochic Wallet immediately once we process it. In this way, please also notice that you will not be able to redeem the store credit for refund to the original payment account.
